Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist tenants, visitors, and staff with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, access points, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns to designated personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
