Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to support remotely managed accounts with on-site supervision of Security Professionals and ensure full site coverage. The role collaborates with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery and maintain quality standards at all times.

The position emphasizes scheduling coordination, training, reporting, and effective communication with clients. A valid driver’s license and prior protective service experience are required for this role in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience.
• No major violations within 36 months.
• No more than one at-fault accident in last 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure post image and quality standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees or post changes.
• Respond to call-offs and assist scheduler with staffing changes.
• Identify personnel problems and forward to Operations/HR; may assist with investigations.
• May administer counseling or disciplinary actions under direction of management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain acknowledgments or documents.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and ensure proper communication with leadership.
