Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting patrols, training, incident reporting, and coordinating with clients to improve procedures. Travel to remote sites is expected; pay is $19.00 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proven experience as a Security Field Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, protocols, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergencies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
• Valid security certification or license as required by local regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel in the field.
• Conduct regular inspections and patrols to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to maintain high-performance standards.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, personnel performance, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with management and clients to address security concerns and improve procedures.
• Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other relevant data.
• Travel to remote sites and locations.
