Qualifications

• Prior security, supervisory, or operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field security operations and staff.
• Complete Security Officer Inspection Reports.
• Provide Training Checklists and uniforms delivery reporting.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and fleet documentation.
• Issue Disciplinary Reports as needed.
• Use TrackTik for reporting and documentation.
• Monitor attendance and ensure proper clock-in/out.
• Identify and fill open shifts within 48 hours.
• Respond to call-outs and coordinate coverage.
• Maintain scheduling records and trackers.
• Respond to dark posts and provide temporary coverage.
• Coordinate shift change procedures and equipment handoff.
