DSI Security Services in Montgomery, AL is seeking a dedicated Security Field Supervisor to oversee field operations and lead security personnel. The role requires strong leadership, quick decision-making, and a commitment to DWYSYWD values.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting patrols, training, incident reporting, and coordinating with clients to improve procedures. Travel to remote sites is expected; pay is $19.00 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proven experience as a Security Field Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, protocols, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergencies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
• Valid security certification or license as required by local regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
