Responsibilities include maintaining inventories, processing incoming/outgoing mail, and providing security briefings. A DoD Secret clearance and 4+ years of inventory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a DoD Secret clearance upon start date.
• Education – High School Diploma.
• Experience – Minimum 4 years’ experience in an inventory management related position.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and detailed inventory of controlled documentation primarily using a security management system.
• Administration and control of documents that are received, transmitted, and destroyed as a part of working in a secure environment.
• Conduct physical inventory of assets, identify anomalies, and initiate corrective actions in accordance with established procedures.
• Review documents, media, or hardware to determine proper classification markings in accordance with ISOO, contracts, or security manuals.
• Input controlled media into material databases; manage dispatch and receipt for inspection purposes.
