Job summary

Massanutten Resort is seeking a Security Dispatcher to support daily guest needs and security operations. You will dispatch officers across radio and phone, process Lost & Found items, and manage daily activity documentation with strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch security calls via radio, phone and other channels.
• Process and document daily activities for accountability.
• Monitor and distribute information to security officers and maintenance.
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
• Process Lost & Found inquiries and inventory.
• Handle Resort UPS shipping information and processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and act as a Resort Customer Service Ambassador.
• Support security management with special projects and tasks.
