Job summary

Bally's Interactive is hiring a Security Dispatcher to receive and disseminate information quickly via radio across our on-site security team. The role emphasizes calm decision-making, multi-tasking, and clear communication with Officers and guests.

Requirements include a High School diploma and at least 12 months of security experience, plus English reading and writing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected, with duties covering incident reporting and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; twelve months security experience preferred.
• Must read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Receives calls and requests for security assistance.
• Transmits information via radio to Security Officers on duty and relays instructions.
• Monitors the location of security personnel and dispatches accordingly.
• Monitors fire alarm system and dispatches officers to calls for service.
• Generates incident reports and assists guests and team members as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Security Shift Supervisor.
• Maintains composure and multi-tasking in high-pressure situations.
• Prepares and submits reports as required.
