ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Receive and prioritize incoming calls from emergency services, customers, and staff
• Gather information to assess situations and determine responses
• Dispatch personnel such as law enforcement or technicians
• Maintain accurate records of calls and actions
• Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems for security threats
• Coordinate with other departments for resource management
• Provide clear instructions to field personnel
• Use CAD systems and software to document incidents and generate reports
• Handle escalated calls professionally and effectively

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Experience in dispatching or related fields preferred
• Knowledge of report writing and law enforcement protocols is a plus
• Valid Dispatching certificate is advantageous
• Experience in loss prevention or surveillance beneficial

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions

LICENSES / CERTIFICATES:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must maintain stamina and mental focus to perform duties in a fast-paced casino environment, including sitting, standing, walking, speaking, hearing, and handling objects. Occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
