The 1-Tom Plumber On-Call Dispatcher will work remotely, providing fast and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers. The dispatcher will manage calls for the technicians and oversee day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Strong customer service skills, multitasking, answering client calls, scheduling technician appointments, entering client data into a computer, providing responses and feedback to clients regarding service queries, and making outbound calls as necessary.
