• Monitor dispatch communications, receive service calls, document information, and coordinate responses to incidents.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with on-site personnel and emergency responders.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and shift documentation per site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas and perimeter, report issues.

Pay Rate: $22.85 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 12:45 AM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 12:45 AM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 12:45 AM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 12:45 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers at a healthcare-related location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, document relevant information, and coordinate the appropriate response to routine and urgent situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas and the perimeter, reporting unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
