Job summary

Allied Universal, Framingham, MA, is seeking a Part‑Time Security Officer Incident Call Intake to deliver customer service, monitor calls and alerts, and dispatch responders. The role focuses on maintaining safety and a positive client experience at a retail location in Framingham.

Shifts include Saturday and Sunday 07:00–15:00, with a pay rate of $21.50 per hour. You will log incidents, coordinate with on‑site teams, and uphold company standards for security and service.

Qualifications

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Maintain accurate logs and reports of calls, incidents, dispatch activity, and other security‑related information.
• Support regular and random patrol activity around the business and perimeter and communicate observations to assigned personnel.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain accurate logs and reports of calls, incidents, dispatch activity, and other security‑related information in accordance with site procedures.
• Support regular and random patrol activity around the business and perimeter by communicating observations, requests, and incident details to assigned personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
