  • Ongoing training in hospitality security practices, emergency procedures, and resort-specific operating standards
  • A fast-moving environment where organization, composure, accuracy, and sound judgment are essential
  • Opportunities to strengthen communication, coordination, incident management, and security operations skills that can support continued growth within the Security Team
  • A flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and peak operational periods
What You Bring

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to gather information, relay instructions clearly, and maintain accurate records
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing calls, radio traffic, incident documentation, and multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Sound judgment and situational awareness when evaluating information and determining appropriate responses
  • A service-minded approach that balances hospitality with safety, security, and operational needs
  • Reliability, accountability, and discretion when handling sensitive information and confidential matters
  • Confidence working independently while remaining connected to the broader Security Team and resort operation
  • Comfort using technology, communication systems, and computer-based programs to support daily responsibilities
Qualifications
