  • Ongoing training in hospitality security practices, emergency procedures, and resort-specific operating standards
  • A fast-moving environment where organization, composure, accuracy, and sound judgment are essential
  • Opportunities to strengthen communication, coordination, incident management, and security operations skills that can support continued growth within the Security Team
  • A flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and peak operational periods
What You Bring

  • Reliability, accountability, and discretion when handling sensitive information and confidential matters

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods, including up to eight hours at a time, and perform the physical requirements associated with dispatch and security operations
