Nemacolin is seeking a friendly, professional host/hostess to set the tone at The Peak. You will greet guests, manage reservations, guide seating, and coordinate with service teams to maintain flow and guest satisfaction. This on-site role demands punctuality, warmth, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an upbeat, confident first impression at the entrance.
• Maintain accurate floor plans, seating charts, and rotation systems.
• Distribute tables fairly to optimize service performance.
• Communicate guest and member preferences to staff clearly.
• Recognize birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations to enhance experiences.
• Manage reservations via phone, online, and in person.
• Provide menu guidance across food and beverage outlets.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Balance guest requests with server workflow during service.

What You Will Create

• Support of additional responsibilities as assigned
