Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) seeks a Control Center Dispatcher at our Dearborn, MI headquarters. You will coordinate CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and radio dispatch while monitoring communications and performing clerical duties for security operations.

Requires extensive dispatcher experience plus strong communication, problem-solving, and safety-consciousness in a fast-paced environment. Some shifts and weekend coverage may apply.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Police, Fire, Security/Police Dispatcher or Control Center Operator.
• Strong ability to operate and troubleshoot security systems including CCTV, access control and alarms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, report writing, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Control Center operations including CCTV, alarm, radio dispatch, access control and CCTV systems.
• Monitor and operate fire alarm and public address systems; dispatch security personnel as needed.
• Maintain logs, records, and confidentiality of security information; support security management staff.
