Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Fleet Dispatcher to coordinate emergency roadside calls for members and fleet personnel from an on-site location in Marietta, GA. You will manage calls, provide directions, and document service issues with a dispatch system.

Must have a high school diploma or GED, strong data entry, math, and customer-service skills. Expect a fast-paced environment with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Experience resolving customer concerns and issues.
• Ability to prepare written communications and respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dispatched calls and take action to resolve service issues.
• Handle driver/customer escalations according to procedures.
• Provide explanations to customers and document service issues.
• Close service requests using the dispatch system.
• Accept payments from members/customers when necessary.
• Reconcile simple payments and maintain records.
• Assist coworkers and junior dispatchers as needed.
