Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, customers, and co-workers.
• Provide information and assistance to callers regarding emergencies and general assistance needs.
• Follow procedures in dispatching personnel for emergency and non-emergency responses.
• Process payroll companywide and background-screen requests.
• Monitor anonymous whistleblower hotline and prepare reports for clients.
• Operate and monitor security systems and data entry for incident reports.
