Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in building design consulting or construction.
• Familiarity with data center design and construction techniques.
• Ability to clearly communicate in oral and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Manage security scope project and deliverables as the owner representative.
• Review project scope and budget for contracted services.
• Conduct inspections and prepare project closeout documents.

Skills

Familiarity with design processes

Knowledge of security system design

Strong interpersonal skills

Proficient with MS Office Suite

Ability to travel 20-50%

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Construction Management

Associates degree in Construction Management/Engineering
