Job summary

IMEG Corp. is seeking a Security Construction Administrator to manage security scope projects as owner representative. You will oversee submittals, site visits, commissioning, and closeout while coordinating with operations, IT, and design teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of data center security, construction methods, and proficient MS Office usage. Travel 20–50% is expected, with competitive benefits and a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience; 10 years preferred in building design, consulting, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope and budget for contracted services.
• Coordinate with operations and design teams to define CA role.
• Coordinate with security teams on scheduling and installation of security components.
• Review contract documents with contractors and issue reports on deficiencies.
• Prepare project close-out documents and commissioning reports.
• Attend progress meetings and document proceedings.
• Prepare IT equipment orders and IP address assignments for new security devices.
• Prepare programming scripts and access code requests for expanded security systems.
