Job summary

IMEG Corporation seeks a Security Construction Administrator to manage security scope projects as the owner representative. Responsibilities include reviewing submittals, site visits, commissioning, and closeout, while keeping engineers informed of status and issues to ensure alignment with contract documents.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in building design/construction or 10+ with an associate degree. Travel up to 50% is required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in engineering/construction disciplines with 6+ years experience (10 preferred).
• OR: Associate degree with 10+ years in building design/construction.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope, work, and budget for contracted services.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager, PMs and design engineers to define expectations.
• Support scheduling with owners, IT, security and programming teams for security components.
• Review contract documents with contractors and issue deficiency reports.
• Prepare project closeout documents and perform final observation, testing and commissioning.
• Attend progress meetings and report proceedings.
