Job summary

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a motivated Talent & HR Associate to focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent while also supporting HR operations. This role combines fast-paced recruiting with onboarding, policy support, and HR administration, collaborating with hiring managers and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruiting.
• 2+ years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong understanding of technical roles (software engineering, IT, data).
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with HR Generalist or HR operations tasks.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (ADP, Lever, Workday, etc.).
• Knowledge of HR compliance and employment practices.
• Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Technical Recruiting (Primary - ~70%) Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
• Source and recruit candidates for technical roles including software engineers, IT specialists, data professionals, and other technical staff.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and job posting optimization.
• HR Generalist Support (Secondary - ~30%) Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR policies, compliance, and employee communications.
• Support employee lifecycle activities such as offboarding, benefits administration coordination, and internal HR programs.
• Assist with HR reporting and administrative tasks.
