Job summary

Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join the growing Human Resources team in McLean, VA. This full-time hybrid role requires on-site attendance every Wednesday and is ideal for candidates with 2+ years in recruiting or staffing.

You will source and screen IT and cybersecurity candidates for federal government contracts, using LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters, coordinating interviews and onboarding with hiring managers and security personnel as needed.

Qualifications

Two+ years in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
Experience sourcing and screening IT, cybersecurity, or technical roles.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
Foundational IT/cybersecurity recruiting knowledge.
Resume review and candidate qualification assessment.

Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruiting from requisition to onboarding.
Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, job boards, networks, and referrals.
Identify candidates for IT, cybersecurity, and federal government-related roles.
Conduct resume reviews and screen candidates for qualifications and certifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Prepare candidate profiles for presentation to managers.
