Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience for technical roles.
• Experience managing full recruiting lifecycle (sourcing to closing).
• Proactive sourcing for passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with Rippling ATS or similar ATS.
• Ability to evaluate candidates for technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and hire engineering and tech talent across the organization.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Build candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews.
• Manage offers, candidate closing, and pre-employment steps.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire.
