Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Site Manager for our Harrisonburg, VA team. The role demands strong analytical skills, program management experience, and the ability to coordinate with Government representatives on complex projects.

Qualifications include U.S. citizenship, clearance eligibility, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP and Six Sigma credentials are a plus. Must pass drug and background checks.

Competenze

• Must be clearable
• Bachelor's Degree in program management, business/public administration, technical management, information systems, engineering, finance/accounting, or related field; PMP in lieu of BS allowed.
• Certifications in six sigma quality improvement or lean quality improvement will be considered a strength; higher-level certifications favored.
• ASQ quality certifications considered a strength; Lean Six Sigma and/or TQM qualifications a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience supervising or leading personnel.
• Experience in Government contracts environment will be considered a strength.
• Supervision of 200+ people will be considered a strength.
• Experience with union labor force is considered a strength.
• Experience with developing and implementing operational procedures and policies; and analyzing training needs/requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills; must communicate effectively.
• Ability to conduct fact finding for special projects.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.

Mansioni

• Develop complex statistical analyses, cost estimates, and analytical reports.
• Coordinate project activities with contractor and Government representatives.
• Present oral briefings to USCIS management officials.
• Prepare SOPs and revisions with clear documentation.
• Identify and recommend new approaches to improve quality, cost, and process inefficiencies.
• Respond to NRC meeting requests within allotted 2-hour time period.
• Address operational concerns and issues.
• Analyze training needs/requirements.
