Job summary

Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Manager to join our team in Lee's Summit, MO. The role emphasizes advanced analytics, cost estimation, and reporting to support government projects with USCIS, NRC, and other agencies.

The ideal candidate will hold US citizenship, possess or be able to obtain a DoD/Secret clearance, and have at least five years of PM experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree or PMP, and a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD clearance; Active Secret clearance preferred.
• Presence at USCIS National Records Center for in-person meetings within 2 consecutive business hours of notification.
• Minimum 5 years of recent program/project management experience (last 7 years).
• Bachelor's degree in listed disciplines or PMP certification in lieu of education.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Must pass a drug test and a background check (credit, criminal and DMV).

Responsibilities

• Develop complex statistical analyses, cost estimates and analytical reports.
• Coordinate project activities with contractor and Government representatives.
• Conduct fact-finding for special projects and respond to Government inquiries promptly.
• Present oral briefings to USCIS management officials.
• Prepare SOPs and revisions and keep documentation current.
• Proactively inform Government of significant issues and take corrective action in collaboration with COR.
• Identify and recommend approaches to improve quality, cost, and process efficiency.
• Respond to NRC meeting requests within two hours.
• Maintain ongoing project communications and documentation.
