Job summary

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a Programmatic Administration Support Specialist to support a government customer in the Little Creek/Virginia Beach area. The role focuses on administrative, workflow-management, and clerical support to ensure seamless daily site operations, accurate technical reporting, and effective Sailor pay and personnel support.

The position requires an active SECRET clearance, a valid state driver’s license, and at least 5 years of Navy/DoD-related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of collective experience within the last 10 years performing Pay, Personnel Specialist, and administrative functions in support of the U.S. Navy or an equivalent DoD agency.
• Experience working with Navy correspondence and administrative reports, including performance reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Active SECRET security clearance at the time of employment.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain access to EUCFR, MMPA, SalesForce, NSIPS, FLTMPS, BOL, and MyNavy HR.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing, in English.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and route technical reports, official correspondence, and contract deliverables (CDRLs).
• Maintain and audit centralized filing systems with version control and secure handling of data.
• Process Visit Authorization Requests (VARs) via DISS or successor systems.
• Manage visitor control, onboarding/offboarding, and site access rosters.
• Provide Sailor Pay and Personnel Support using CPPA SOPs and applications.
• Attend CPPA trainings and disseminate information as needed.
• Review documents routed between Sailors and supporting teams for completeness and accuracy.
• Protect Sailors' PII and report any spillage immediately.
