Job summary

SkyBridge Tactical LLC is seeking an experienced Programmatic Administration Support Specialist to support a government customer in the Little Creek/Virginia Beach, Virginia area. The role provides administrative, workflow-management and clerical support to ensure seamless daily site operations, accurate technical reporting and Sailor pay and personnel support.

The position is full-time and onsite in Little Creek/Virginia Beach, VA, with no travel required.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Minimum 5 years of collective Pay, Personnel, and administrative experience in support of the U.S. Navy or a DoD agency.
• Ability to obtain access to EUCFR, MMPA, NSIPS, FLTMPS, and MyNavy HR.

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and route technical reports and contract deliverables per SECNAV M-5216.5.
• Maintain centralized filing systems with version control and secure handling of sensitive data.
• Process Visit Authorization Requests (VARs) via DISS or successor systems.
• Manage visitor control and contractor onboarding; maintain site access rosters.
• Provide Sailor Pay and Personnel support using CPPA SOPs and applications.
• Maintain familiarity with PAYPERS policy references and CPPA resources.
• Attend CPPA training or obtain information via alternate means if unable to attend.
• Review documents between Sailors and supporting commands for completeness and accuracy.
• Protect Sailors' PII and report any spillage immediately.
