Job summary

SkyBridge Tactical seeks an experienced Undersea Sustainment Support Specialist to provide full life-cycle logistics for undersea assets in the Little Creek/Virginia Beach area. This on-site role requires managing inventories, processing materials, and conducting daily reconciliations to ensure operational readiness.

Responsibilities include DPAS/RSUPPLY data entry, warehouse support, and preparing quarterly status reports.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of inventory management experience in military or DoD setting.
• At least 2 years of logistics support experience with government systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and pass pre-employment drug screening.

• Handle General Service Requests.
• Manage incoming material, stowage, inventories, and daily reconciliation using DPAS/RSUPPLY/SSAVIE.

Undersea Sustainment Support Specialist

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking an experienced Undersea Sustainment Support Specialist to support a government customer in the Little Creek/Virginia Beach, Virginia area. The successful candidate will provide full life-cycle logistics, supply, and material management support for undersea assets, ensuring accurate inventory, timely material processing, and reliable operational sustainment. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Primary duties

• Process and manage initial and sustainment personnel gear, and resolve Operational Consumables (OPCON) issues.
• Process General Service Requests.
• Manage incoming material, stowage, and inventories, and perform daily reconciliation of material issue using DPAS, RSUPPLY, and SSAVIE.
• Support warehouse management, receiving, stowage, and receipt processing.
• Perform DPAS/RSUPPLY data entry, inventory management, and item research.
• Identify and verify appropriate recipients for incoming material.
• Perform SSAVIE data entry, inventory management, and item research.
• Process DRMO (Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office) turn-ins.
• Manage receipt, turnover, and shipment of material for parent commands.
• Support receiving and shipping of incoming/outgoing material.
• Process the return and disposal of personnel gear.
• Prepare a quarterly status report covering actions taken, potential concerns, and shortfalls.
• Active SECRET security clearance at the time of employment.
• Valid state driver's license.
• At least 2 years of experience applying inventory management practices and procedures in a military or DoD setting.
• At least 2 years of experience providing logistics support to users of major government systems and/or logistics operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing, in English.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic drug screening.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with DPAS, RSUPPLY, and/or SSAVIE systems.
• Prior experience supporting Naval Special Warfare or a comparable Special Operations Forces organization.
• Experience with DRMO turn-in processes.
• Full-time position.
• Onsite in Little Creek/Virginia Beach, VA.
• Employment is contingent upon contract award, customer approval, clearance verification, and satisfaction of all position requirements.
