Job summary

RTX Classified Digital Services (CDS) is seeking an IT Service Transition Manager for a hybrid role based in Tewksbury, MA, with possible locations in Richardson, TX or Tucson, AZ. You will plan, coordinate, and execute deployments into production across the CDS environment, ensuring controlled, repeatable changes with minimal impact on business operations.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams, PMO alignment,

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 5–8+ years in relevant roles.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance is required prior to start.
• U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDS deployment activities and align with CDS project portfolio and PMO.
• Oversee deployment plans and tooling.
• Coordinate cutovers and back-out plans.
• Ensure production readiness and post-deployment stability.
• Communicate deployment status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Maintain service transition lifecycle readiness.
