Job summary

RTX is seeking a Digital Program Lead to own the DT roadmap and drive cross-functional digital transformation initiatives in the ASDS SBU. The role is based in Tucson, AZ, with on-site work five days a week, and relocation available per policy. Requires a Secret clearance and US citizenship.

You will partner across engineering, program management, and procurement to deliver integrated DT solutions, manage budgets, and report on performance and security adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years related experience or Master's degree plus 5+ years.
• Active Secret security clearance and US citizenship required.
• Experience in IT, Software/Systems Engineering, and/or Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as DT touchpoint for SBU Leadership, PM, and SSBU Directors.
• Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap focused on opportunities, scope, cost and schedule.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and root-cause analysis for DT program challenges.
• Manage PM metrics, EVMS, staffing and provide regular status reports and reviews.
• Partner with engineering and proposal teams to capture requirements and enable program support.
• Oversee the Program Annual Operating Plan and ensure security/infrastructure compliance (DFARS, CMMC, RMF, JSIG).
