ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter I (High Level Security) in Arlington, VA, onsite to manage high-volume security clearance recruitment. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Department and supports a 11-month contract with a potential extension.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and Clearance Jobs, interviewing, offers, and ensuring candidate experience across a globally dispersed team.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of corporate recruiting experience.
• US Citizenship required to support cleared recruiting.
• Public sector recruiting experience sourcing cleared candidates.
• Experience using AI tools and modern ATS (LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS).
• Ability to work independently with a globally dispersed team.
• Experience handling 12-15 requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for high-volume security clearance roles.
• Source and evaluate candidates using ATS and tools.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and offers.
• Collaborate with dispersed team to meet hiring goals.
• Maintain compliance with security and confidentiality.
