Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and Clearance Jobs, interviewing, offers, and ensuring candidate experience across a globally dispersed team.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of corporate recruiting experience.
• US Citizenship required to support cleared recruiting.
• Public sector recruiting experience sourcing cleared candidates.
• Experience using AI tools and modern ATS (LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS).
• Ability to work independently with a globally dispersed team.
• Experience handling 12-15 requisitions.

Job description

Our client, a leading organization in the global sales and public sector support industry, is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter I(High Level Security) to join their team. Great Team, Manager and Culture! As a Recruiter I, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting high-volume security clearance recruiting for diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter I(High Level Security)

Location: Arlington, VA (100% Onsite)

Pay Range: $30-33/hr.

Job Type: 11-month contract with the potential for permanent hire/extension

Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm (flexible on start/end time)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume security clearance roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Utilize ATS systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and Clearance Jobs to source and evaluate candidates effectively.
• Conduct interviews, check references, and extend offers to qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with a geographically dispersed team to meet hiring goals and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain compliance with security and confidentiality requirements for sensitive roles.

What we're looking for:

• 4-8years' experience of corporate recruiting experience
• US Citizenship required to support cleared recruiting, solution architect or sales candidates
• Required: Public Sector recruiting experience sourcing cleared candidates
• Recent experience using AI tools and modern ATS systems, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and Hire ATS.
• Ability to work independently with a globally dispersed team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Experience handling corporate candidates and managingrequisitions (12-15 reqs).
