The role involves reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, assessing clearance status, and engaging passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, and industry networks.

You will handle the recruiting process end-to-end: creating requisitions, posting jobs, conducting interviews, collecting security

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting for Federal Government contracts.
Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma with an additional four years of experience working/supporting the Federal Government, DoD (specifically US Air Force)
Experience recruiting candidates for cleared program/personnel security and information technology positions.
Extensive experience using industry job boards and other recruiting tools.
Thorough understanding of federal clearance hierarchies, SCI and SAP eligibility criteria, and polygraph formats (CI vs. Full Scope).
Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and composition.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Organized, team-oriented, and collaborative.
Ability to handle multiple time sensitive projects.
Ability to be flexible, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Ability to analyze and solve problems with professionalism and patience.

Responsibilities

Recruiting cleared personnel for government security contracts.
Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews to verify technical skills and clearance status.
Proactively identify and engage passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, social media and industry networks.
Completing recruiting process: Create new job requisitions, Post job requisitions, Complete interviews, Collect documentation for security screening process, Prepare resumes, Generate offer letters, Schedule onboarding.
