Job summary

The Captain supervises Security Officers and Lead Officers at one or more client sites for Securitas Global Clients America. This leadership role ensures adherence to post orders, conducts rounds, and guarantees accurate reporting and timely communication with authorities in emergencies.

The position requires prior security leadership experience, a related college degree, and a minimum of five years in security supervision to effectively manage teams and maintain safety standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Former law enforcement or military experience required.
• College degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
• Five (5) years of security supervisor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and disciplining personnel; document actions with management guidance.
• Trains Security Officers and reviews post orders and assignments.
• Assists in payroll submission and ensures adequate post coverage.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements and service quality.
• Prepares, files, and submits required security reports.
• Inspects posts and outlines tasks and responsibilities with subordinates.
