Qualifications

• Former law enforcement or military experience required.
• College degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
• Five (5) years of security supervisor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coaching & discipline: coaches and documents actions with management guidance.
• Training & oversight: trains Security Officers and reviews post orders with subordinates.
• Payroll & scheduling: assists in payroll submission and ensures adequate post coverage.
• Client interaction: meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements and quality service.
• Reporting: prepares, files, and submits required reports.
• Post inspections: inspects posts and outlines tasks and responsibilities.
