Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking a Security Branch Manager to lead total branch performance, execute the business plan, and drive profitability. You will manage and develop branch personnel, plan and implement areas of responsibility, and provide sound leadership aligned with company goals.

The role emphasizes staff recruitment, coaching, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment while meeting financial objectives and fostering growth opportunities for the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or management is a plus.
• Three years’ experience in an office setting.
• Permits, Licenses, Certifications a plus.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff, planning, and evaluating department activities.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
• Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.
• Defines objectives, identifies, and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, adhering to an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing, and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
