Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in fire and life safety industry as a leader or above.
• 7+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide full management oversight for security installation employees and daily operations.
• Supervise installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities for low-voltage systems.
• Direct workforce scheduling and job prioritization for efficient project delivery.
• Hire, onboard, train, discipline, and evaluate staff.
