Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a Security Branch Manager to lead total branch performance, develop staff, and drive profitability. You will plan and execute the branch business plan, ensure a safe work environment, and align activities with company goals and vision.

Essential duties include recruiting, training, and coaching staff, establishing strategic goals, managing budgets, and maintaining high-quality service. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration a plus.
• Three years’ experience in an office setting.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities
