Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a Security Branch Manager to lead total branch performance, develop staff, and drive profitability. You will plan and execute the branch business plan, ensure a safe work environment, and align activities with company goals and vision.

Essential duties include recruiting, training, and coaching staff, establishing strategic goals, managing budgets, and maintaining high-quality service. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration a plus.
• Three years’ experience in an office setting.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

The Security Branch manager is responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures. Create and execute the branch business plan. Ensure store profitability and manage and develop branch personnel. Plan, implement, and manage areas of responsibility to facilitate continuous improvement and personal growth while supporting company goals, missions, and vision. Provide sound leadership for the branch.

Education/Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
