Job summary

Safety-Kleen is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the operations and profitability of the assigned branch. You will oversee safety, regulatory compliance, customer retention, and service quality while driving sales growth and process excellence.

In this role you will manage budgets, staffing, vendor relations, and performance metrics, partnering with the District Manager to optimize safety statistics and financial targets across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and understanding budgets including analysis and creation of profit and loss statements.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor in a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and physicals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices and policies.
• Direct and optimize overall operations in the assigned geographic area.
• Monitor branch performance and address safety, environmental, and regulatory issues.
• Provide leadership, maintain a secure, respectful, and team-oriented workplace.
• Oversee budgeting, cost controls, and financial targets for the branch.
• Market services, seek growth opportunities, and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the District Manager on safety statistics and reporting procedures.
• Perform annual performance reviews and support staff development.
