Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager who reports to the Director of Operations.

The role involves managing daily operations and admin tasks across security contracts, communicating contract performance, and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance operational capability. Responsibilities include developing project plans, compiling SLA and KPI reports, and ensuring high standards of conduct, appearance, and training across the team in a fast-paced security

Qualifications

• Preferred candidate has either an honorable military discharge, a Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience in an operations management and project management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational and administrative functions across security contracts.
• Keep the Director of Operations apprised of contract performance by accurately communicating status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Support the Director of Operations operational decision‑making process.
• Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve operations capabilities and responsiveness.
• Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive level consumption.
• Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance and training are being met at all times.
