Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience in an operations management and project management role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational and administrative functions across security contracts employing Inter-Con employees.
• Keep the Senior Director of Operations apprised of contract performance by accurately communicating status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Support the Senior Director of Operations in operational decision-making process.
• Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve operations capabilities and responsiveness.
• Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive level consumption.
