Job summary

Walden Security is seeking an Account Manager to lead field security operations across assigned accounts. You will supervise security staff, coordinate with clients, and ensure service levels meet contractual standards.

Responsibilities include developing service plans, managing costs, and driving client satisfaction. Strong leadership, communication, and compliance with SOPs are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in security or related field; two years of management security experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage security operations and personnel across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and security reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains security operations plans, labor hours, costs, and service delivery.
• Coordinates with client needs; provides security expertise and solutions to achieve client satisfaction.
• Ensures new contracts start-up requirements are met, including training and staffing.
• Reviews incident reports and reconciles security logs with client records.
• Manages site orders, equipment, and inventory across client sites.
• Supervises 1–5 subordinates and up to 100 security personnel.
• Drives adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
