Job summary

SCIS is seeking an Account Manager to oversee security services for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client service, post order administration, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate staffing, supervise personnel, and manage relationships with client representatives.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting input, staff development, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Ability to acquire and maintain the required level of DoD clearance (Interim Secret or higher).
• Associate degree and 3 years of responsible experience in security, management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a key point of client contact to ensure delivery of high-quality service for assigned accounts.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, training, and development of staff; coaches and enforces performance standards.
• Assists in budget development and cost control related to assigned accounts.
• Maintains compliance with laws, regulations, policies and safety procedures.
• Prepares post orders, supports client start-up, and monitors contract compliance.
