Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational and administrative functions across security contracts.
• Communicate contract status and deficiencies to the Senior Director of Operations.
• Support operations decision-making and develop project plans for strategic initiatives.
• Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, dashboards for executive review.
• Ensure high standards of conduct, appearance, performance and training.
