Responsibilities

• Report contract performance to the Director of Operations and flag deficiencies promptly.
• Support operational decision-making and develop plans for strategic initiatives.
• Create productivity and performance dashboards and reports for executives.
• Maintain high standards of conduct, appearance, and training at all times.
