Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support daily security operations, supervise field leadership, ensure QA/QC standards, and coordinate administrative functions on contract security projects.

The role reports to the Project Manager and serves as the field representative to ensure client expectations are met. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in security or related operations, strong leadership, and the ability

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum three (3) years of supervisory or management experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related operations.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

Provide direct oversight and support to Lieutenants.
Serve as the Project Manager's representative in the field.
Monitor operational performance and address issues affecting service delivery.
Ensure all personnel adhere to company policies, post orders, and client expectations.
Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
Coordinate and facilitate biweekly and quarterly meetings with leadership.
