The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or higher) and 2+ years in security management or operations, with strong communication and leadership skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for drive-time duties.
• 2+ years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading teams, building client relationships, and coordinating with clients.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and physical security basics.
• Ability to evaluate situations, make decisions, and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tech to meet contract hours and minimize overtime.
• Lead, coach, and develop security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact to ensure high-quality service.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence, including training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory.
