You will drive client relationships, manage scheduling with AI-powered tools, oversee payroll and safety, and ensure compliance with site standards while controlling costs. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to act decisively under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license if driving company or personal vehicle for business.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience in leading and developing a dynamic team and building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Ability to evaluate situations, make sound decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships and serve as primary contact for clients ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies with professional coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory control (uniforms, equipment).
